ACCEPTANCE

By browsing or buying from this website you agree to these terms, together with our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

PRODUCTS

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours can look different on different screens, and small variations in print, finish and measurement are normal in manufactured garments and are not defects.

Product availability can change without notice.

PRICES AND TAXES

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST at the applicable rate.

We may change prices, offers and discounts at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the item. We may refuse or cancel an order, including after payment, if the item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if the order breaks these terms. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details.

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and carries a ₹49 convenience fee.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The VOID name, logo, designs, photographs, text and other content on this website belong to NYD Activewear LLP. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.
