Refund & Return Policy

RETURN WINDOW

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

 

CONDITION OF ITEMS

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

 

ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT

For hygiene reasons, socks can only be returned if the pack is sealed and unopened.

Shakers can only be returned if unused and in their original packaging.

Items that are used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without tags cannot be accepted.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 87791 86606 or email support@voidactivewear.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, and photographs of the item and packaging if it arrived damaged or incorrect.

We will confirm your request and arrange a pickup where our courier partner services your pin code. If your area is not serviceable, we will ask you to self-ship and will reimburse standard courier charges against a receipt.

 

EXCHANGES

We offer one exchange per order for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will refund you instead.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Reverse pickup is free if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered.

For returns for any other reason, including a change of mind, a reverse pickup charge of ₹100 is deducted from your refund.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return reaches our warehouse we inspect it and process the refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the amount may take a further 3 to 7 business days to appear.

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. We will ask you for your account number and IFSC code.

The Cash on Delivery convenience fee of ₹49 and any reverse pickup charge are not refunded.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including all fees, at no cost to you.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Message us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, our return process applies.
