WHERE WE SHIP

We ship across India. We do not ship outside India at this time.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery orders carry a convenience fee of ₹49, added at checkout. This fee is not refundable.

 

DISPATCH TIME

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Mumbai: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer because of remote pincodes, weekends, public holidays, weather, local restrictions, courier delays or other events outside our control.

 

TRACKING

You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received them within 3 business days of ordering, write to support@voidactivewear.com.

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please check your address and phone number before placing an order. We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at your cost.

 

FAILED DELIVERY

Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, or a Cash on Delivery order is refused, the order returns to us. For prepaid orders we refund the order value once the parcel reaches us. Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may mean we ask for prepayment on future orders.

 

UNSERVICEABLE PIN CODES

A small number of pin codes are not serviceable by our courier partners, and some are prepaid only. If we cannot deliver to your pin code we will contact you and refund your order in full.
