Shipping & Returns
At VOID, we design with care and ship with the same discipline. This policy explains how orders are shipped, returned, exchanged, refunded, or cancelled.
Shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched through trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines vary based on location and serviceability.
Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
VOID is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging are intact
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Accessories
• Discounted or clearance sale items
Exchanges
One size exchange is allowed per order, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Shipping charges, if any, are non refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from VOID.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests under this policy.
