This Payment & Billing policy explains how payments, refunds, and billing are handled on www.voidactivewear.com. By placing an order with VOID, you agree to the terms below.
Accepted Payments
We accept the following payment options:
Online Payments
• Credit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and American Express
• Debit Cards
• UPI including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and others
• Net Banking through major Indian banks
• Wallets and Pay Later options where available via Razorpay
All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on selected pin codes only.
A small COD convenience fee may apply.
Please ensure payment of the exact amount at the time of delivery.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for future purchases.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry a delivery charge of ₹49. This charge is non refundable.
Secure Payment Processing
VOID uses encrypted and secure payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your card details, CVV, UPI, or banking information. All transactions are protected through SSL encryption.
Payment Confirmation
- Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp with your order and payment details.
- If a payment fails or remains pending, the order will not be confirmed until payment is successfully completed.
Pricing and Taxes
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown during checkout before final payment.
- VOID reserves the right to change product prices at any time.
Failed or Declined Transactions
- If a payment fails, please try another payment method or check with your bank or UPI provider.
- If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is usually refunded automatically by your bank or payment provider within 5 to 7 working days.
- VOID is not responsible for delays caused by banks, UPI networks, or payment service providers.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds for cancelled or returned orders are processed according to our Shipping & Returns policy.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time is typically 5 to 10 working days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Fraud Prevention
VOID reserves the right to verify customer details and hold or cancel orders if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected. Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed after internal verification.
