CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
At VOID, we design with care and ship with discipline. This policy explains how orders are shipped, cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped through verified courier partners.
Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp. Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier serviceability.
VOID is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
To cancel, email support@voidactivewear.com with your Order ID and reason.
Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. It will be treated as a return under this policy after delivery.
VOID reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment verification issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, any prepaid amount will be fully refunded
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
• The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging are intact
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Accessories
• Face masks
• Discounted or clearance sale items
